What this warranty covers
Neuranima warrants that your Calmi Ultrasonic Bark Control Device is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of original retail purchase by the original purchaser.
What we will do
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What this warranty does not cover
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, neglect, water or liquid exposure, or use not in line with the user manual
- Products that have been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than Neuranima
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs and gradual loss of battery capacity over time
- Lost or stolen products, or products bought from unauthorized sellers
- The accessories' cosmetic condition (charging cable, hand strap)
- Variation in how individual dogs respond. Every dog is different, and results are not guaranteed.
Registration is optional
You don't need to register your product to be covered. Your proof of purchase (for example your Amazon order number) is all that's required. Registering simply lets us find your details and help you faster.
How to make a claim
Email support@neuranima.com with your Amazon order number, your warranty ID if you have one, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible. We'll reply with next steps. Please don't send products back without contacting us first.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province or country. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limit may not apply to you.
This warranty doesn't affect Amazon's own return policy for your order.
