What we collect
When you register a warranty we collect your name, email address, Amazon order number, purchase date, country and (optionally) your dog's name. When you subscribe to training tips we collect your email address.
How we use it
- To record your warranty and help you with support requests and claims
- To send your warranty confirmation and important product or safety information
- If you subscribed, to send training tips and news
- If you ticked the marketing box, to send training tips, product updates and offers
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our support: Vercel (website hosting), Google (secure data storage) and Resend (email delivery). They may process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep warranty records for the warranty period plus a reasonable time afterwards to handle claims and meet legal obligations. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights. Email support@neuranima.com and we'll respond promptly.
